REGISTRATION & FEE
Registration will close on 21st November 2025 (14th November 2025 for Early Birds). Participation is not guaranteed until a full payment of the registration fee is received. The fee includes conference materials, morning and afternoon tea & coffee breaks, welcome reception drinks, lunches & conference dinner.
All travel and accommodation costs associated with attending the conference are the responsibility of the presenters/listeners.

Additional tickets for the conference dinner can be bought at a cost of USD 50 per person. This must be done at the time of registration.
